Carrington Smith
Carrington Smith is a single mom, Founder of the Blooming Foundation, best-selling author of Blooming, a Forbes Human Resources Council Member, and owner of Carrington Legal Search. She is a former trial lawyer, who was a member of the Junior League of Austin. She has served on the boards of Partnerships for Children, the Austin Bar Association, and the Austin Young Lawyers’ Association. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and Tulane Law School, she resides in Austin, Texas with her two teenage boys.

Tasha Barnes is a trial lawyer specializing in defending high-profile, catastrophic injury cases as well as health care providers sued for malpractice. She is an equity partner at Thompson Coe, a Texas-based law firm catering to the needs of the insurance industry. She is raising a very spirited and now teenage daughter solo while simultaneously managing a thriving & chaotic litigation practice.
